Shipping Practices/Policy

Our standard shipping is with USPS Ground Shipping, which takes 5-10 business days to arrive anywhere in the Contiguous United States. (We currently do not ship internationally). That’s after a processing time of 1-3 days, so please allow 1-2 weeks (sometimes longer, depending on USPS busy seasons & holidays) from when you order Sh’mallow and when it arrives in your hands.

The checkout page will charge a flat $10 fee for shipping in addition to the price of the product you choose.

Shipping Errors & Damages

All packages are fully insured for the order value in case of loss or damage during shipping, so you can purchase with confidence. If damaged, send us photos by email and hold onto everything until we provide further instructions.

If a month passes and you have not received your package, Contact Us and we can submit a claim for loss.

PLEASE NOTE:

We are not responsible for mistakes in the shipping address submitted with orders. If a packages gets returned to us, you’ll have the option to pay for shipping a second time.
