Shipping Method & Timing

Our standard shipping is with USPS Ground Shipping, which takes 5–10 business days to arrive anywhere in the contiguous United States. We currently do not ship internationally.

Orders also require a processing time of 1–3 business days, so please allow 1–2 weeks from the date you place your order for Sh’mallow to arrive. Delivery may take longer during busy USPS seasons or holidays.

Shipping Cost

The checkout page will charge a flat $10 fee for shipping in addition to the price of the product you choose.

Shipping Errors & Damages

All packages are fully insured for the order value in case of loss or damage during shipping, so you can purchase with confidence.

If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos by email and hold onto everything until we provide further instructions.

If a month passes and you have not received your package, please contact us and we can submit a claim for loss.

Please Note:

We are not responsible for mistakes in the shipping address submitted with orders. If a package gets returned to us, you’ll have the option to pay for shipping a second time.
