Ingredients

  1. 1 graham cracker (whole or broken into squares)
  2. 1 piece of chocolate (milk or dark)
  3. Sh’mallow sprayable, toastable marshmallow
  4. Kitchen torch

Instructions

  1. Place the graham cracker on a heat-safe surface. Top with a piece of chocolate.
  2. Generously spray Sh’mallow directly on top of the chocolate, creating a soft swirl or mound.
  3. Using a kitchen torch, lightly toast the Sh’mallow until golden and caramelized on top. Move the flame slowly for even browning.
  4. Let it cool for a few seconds, then enjoy as-is—gooey, toasty, and perfectly balanced.
